Programa de formación de Técnico de Farmacia diseñado para desarrollar conocimientos y habilidades fundamentales para el trabajo en diferentes entornos farmacéuticos y para la preparación del examen PTCE.
El programa incluye fundamentos de la profesión, terminología médica y farmacéutica, medicamentos, cálculos de farmacia, requisitos federales, seguridad del paciente, procesamiento de recetas, inventario, DSCSA, facturación, profesionalismo y requisitos estatales.
La formación combina contenido didáctico, ejercicios, actividades, simulaciones y evaluaciones, utilizando terminología en español e inglés para preparar al estudiante para situaciones reales del entorno farmacéutico.
A phlebotomy technician may be involved in a variety of healthcare settings, such as laboratories, blood banks, medical and diagnostic, and general medical and surgical hospitals. The responsibilities of a phlebotomy technician include drawing blood for testing, transfusion, donation or research, explaining procedures to patients and assisting in the recovery of patients with adverse reactions.
A patient care technician will provide or assist with basic care or support under the direction of on-site licensed nursing staff. A nursing assistant will perform tasks such as monitoring the health status, feeding, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, or ambulation of patients in a health or nursing facility. May include administering medications and other health-related tasks. Includes nursing care assistants, nursing aides and nursing assistants.
An electrocardiogram technician may perform tests on patients' pulmonary and cardiovascular systems for diagnostic, therapeutic or research purposes. EKG technicians may also perform or assist in electrocardiograms, cardiac catheterizations, pulmonary functions, lung capacity and similar tests.
A patient care technician is a health care technician who works under the supervision of a registered nurse, physician or other health care professional to provide basic patient care.
