Microneedling
Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a popular skin rejuvenation treatment that stimulates collagen and elastin production through the use of tiny needles to create microchannels in the skin. This procedure enhances skin texture, reduces discoloration and scarring, and promotes a more youthful appearance by tightening loose skin. It can be combined with other treatments like platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or pure hyaluronic acid for enhanced results. Micro-needling also benefits in reducing large pores and can be applied to the scalp. Typically, 3-5 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart are needed to see results, with improvements visible within two weeks of the first session and continued enhancement over several months.
